| 摘 要： | 以配置的水样为研究对象，考察了氯与高锰酸钾单独使用及联用灭活大肠菌群的效果．试验结果表明，投药总量相同情况下，二者联用消毒的效果与单独氯消毒的效果相当，有时甚至略好于单独氯消毒；用Berenbaum公式计算得出氯与高锰酸钾联用灭活大肠菌群时浓度比为0．72，氯与高锰酸钾联用对大肠菌群为协同灭活作用．

| Abstract: | The inactivation effect of total coliform group was examined by individual and combined applications of chlorine and potassium permanganate with prepared water samples in laboratory.The results show that the inactivation effect of combined application is slightly better than individual application of chlorine at the same dosage.According to the Berenbaum formula,the concentration ratio of chlorine and potassium permanganate is 0.72,and the calculation verified that reducing total coliform group to the combined application was synergistic effect. |
