UV固化单体结构与其固化热膜稳定性的关系

摘    要:以环氧丙烯酸酯、活性稀释单体、光引发剂等为原料,制备UV固化涂层,对主要原料及固化后的涂层进行了热失质量分析:结果表明:活性稀释单体的耐热性能随着官能度的不同而不同,官能度越高则热稳定性越强;官能度相同的活性稀释单体,极性越高,热稳定性也越高。

Abstract:The title UV curing coatings is prepared based on epoxy acrylate, reactive diluents and photoinitiator. The main raw materials and cured film are tested with TGA. It has shown that the thermal stability of reactive diluents varies with its functionality and higher functionality leads to better thermal stability; for reactive diluents with same functionalities, higher polarity leads better thermal stability. The conclusion in this paper will provide a good reference for proper selection of reactive diluents for UV curing coatings.
