水玻璃砂实型铸造工艺的研究

摘    要:通过实验确定了实型铸造水基棕刚玉涂料的组成、配制、涂刷和烘干工艺;确定了有机酯硬化水玻璃砂的配比及混制、造型和硬化工艺,并进行了高铬铸铁套筒浇注试验.实践证明,水玻璃砂实型铸造工艺可保证铸件尺寸精度和表面粗糙度,同时酯硬化水玻璃砂具有良好的退让性和较好的溃散性,发气量小,具有无毒无味、对环境无污染,生产成本低等优点.

Abstract:Composite and technology of preparing, brushing, stoving of the coatings was determinedby the experiment, composite and technology of preparing, moulding, curing of sodium silicate bonded sand cured by organic ester was also determined too,then the foundry technology test of sleeve made from high chromium cast iron was done. It was proved that dimensional precision and surface roughness of the castings made from the EPC process was good, Collapsability and yieldability of the mould made of sodium silicate bonded sand was good, and it was nontoxic, non-odor, non-pollution for environment.
