活性炭固载磷钨酸催化合成癸二酸二丁酯

摘    要:研究了用活性炭固载磷钨酸催化合成癸二酸二丁酯的反应。考察了催化剂固载量、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比、反应时间、带水剂用量等对酯化率的影响。结果表明,活性炭固载磷钨酸是合成癸二酸二丁酯的有效催化剂。在n(癸二酸):n(正丁醇)=1:5,癸二酸用量0.08mol,催化剂用量1.5g(固载量25.3%),反应时间3.0h,带水剂环己烷10mL,反应温度98~112℃的条件下,酯化率可达98.1%,催化剂可重复使用。

Abstract:Dibutyl sebacate was synthesized by using phosphotungstic acid supported on activated car- bon as catalyst.The influencing factors were studied and the optimal conditions were found.The re- sults indicated that phosphotungstic acid supported on activated carbon was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing dibutyl sebacate.The extent of the esterification reached up to 98.1% under the optimal conditions:molar ratio of sebacic acid to n-butanol 1:5.0,sebacic acid 0.08 mol,1.5 g catalyst with 25.3% loading,reaction time 3.0 h,water carrying agent 10 mL and reaction temperature 98-112℃.The catalyst could be recovered.
