压力容器设计技术的研究

摘    要:压力容器的设计应该在遵循合理性原则前提下进行,但也会有一些例外情况。当技术标准确定之后,在实际执行中会出现一些偏差,对压力容器设计技术运用带来不便,由于结构不合理,要求不规范,制成工业品过程时,会造成成本原料的浪费,严重的还会出现安全问题,造成生产事故,带来生命财产的损失。对压力容器设计应该注意的技术问题作了探讨,希望对设计的规范化,做出一定贡献。

Abstract:The design of pressure vessel should be under the precondition of follow the principle of rationality, but also there are some exceptions. When technical standard was determined, there will be some deviation in the actual execution, the inconvenience technology of pressure vessel design, due to the unreasonable structure, demand is not standard, made from industrial process, can cause the cost of raw material waste, serious still can appear safety problems, cause production accident, brings the life and property losses. In pressure vessel design should pay attention to the technical issues discussed, hope to the standardization of the design, make a certain contribution.
