| 摘 要： | 本文用解析法借助计算机对丝绒织机两种机上割绒机构:偏心齿轮及其共轭齿轮割刀传动机构和行星齿轮割刀传动机构进行运动分析,并讨论行星齿轮割刀传动机构在割刀动程一定的条件下的最大割绒门幅以及机构结构点对绳子变形的影响.

| Abstract: | In the paper, two kinds of the cut pile mechanism are discussed on the velvet loom. They are
eccentric gear and its conjugative gear cut pile mechanism, and the planet gear cut pile mechanism.
By means of computer an analytical method is used, and the analytical of their mecharismic motions
is given. Under certain condition the maximum width of the cut pile on the planet gear cut pile
mechanism , and its construction point due to the influence of the strain of the cord are also dis-
cussed. |
