阳离子壳聚糖的合成及其增强作用

摘    要:讨论了合成阳离子壳聚糖的影响因素,优化出合成阳离子壳聚糖的最佳工艺条件,并将所合成的阳离子壳聚糖作为增强剂应用于漂白蔗渣浆。研究结果表明,制得的阳离子壳聚糖对蔗渣浆有良好的增强效果,当用量为0.80%时,撕裂指数提高了28.1%,裂断长提高了9.2%。硫酸铝的加入对阳离子壳聚糖的增强效果有不利影响。运用扫描电镜对抄片断面纤维形态进行扫描表明,助剂增加了纤维之间的结合,使蔗渣浆强度性能增强。

Abstract:This paper deals with the factors affecting the preparation of cationic chitosan.The preparation conditions of cationic chitosan are optimized.This kind of cationic chitosan is a good dry strength additive for bleached bagasse pulp,the tear index increases by 28.12% when the cationic chitosan(DS=1.27) dosage is 0.80%.The additi6n of Al_2(SO_4)_3 will be harmful to the paper properties.And the SEM image of the cross section of the paper shows that the dry strength additive significantly increases the bonding area between the fibers therefore enhances the paper strength.
