AgNi触头材料应用性能及其主要制备工艺

摘    要:综述了AgNi触头材料的基本物理性能及近年来AgNi触头材料电气性能的研究情况,介绍了AgNi触头材料在接触器、断路器、继电器三大领域的应用以及AgNi触头产品烧结挤压法、单片压制法这两种主要制备工艺,指出目前各企业、研究院所正从添加物的选择、粉末的处理、新加工工艺的开发和应用等方面对AgNi触头材料进行改进,不断拓展AgNi触头材料的应用范围。

Application Performance and Preparation Technology of AgNi Contact Materials

Abstract:In this paper, the basic physical properties and the research on electrical properties of AgNi contact materials in recent years were interviewed. The application of AgNi contact materials in contactor, breaker, relay and the major preparation technologies of AgNi contact, including sintering extrusion method and monolithic pressing method, were also briefly introduced. Companies and institutes are to improve the properties of AgNi contact materials throngh different methods such as additive selection, powder processing, development and application of new processing technology and so on, so that the scope of application of AgNi contact materials would be expanded.
