电力市场下发电侧的发电与报价优化策略

摘    要:在电力市场体制下,如果发电侧仅依据发电成本报价。在参与“竞价上网”时因缺乏灵活性往往造成机组被迫频繁停机和利润空间的浪费。为此.提出一种综合考虑机组发电成本和市场电价变化的发电与报价优化策略。基于企业利润最大化原则.建立了不同于传统计划发电体制的带有多项安全约束条件的机组出力优化方案数学模型.并提出采用特殊改进的遗传算法对模型进行优化求解,得到机组各时段最优出力,最后通过引入自定义的报价风险系数,综合各台机组的优化计算结果,得到科学、高效、灵活的全厂发电报价计划。

Abstract:In electricity market, if the price bidding is only according to the generation cost of generating side ,the lack of flexibility will cause frequent forced unit shutdown and benefit space loss during price competition. An optimal strategy for generating and bidding is presented,which considers both the generation cost and the price fluctuation. A mathematical model of optimal unit output with multiple safety constraints is established to maximize profit. An improved genetic algorithm is adopted for its solution. By introducing the self-defined pricing risk exponent and synthesizing the optimal outputs,a scientific,high-efficient and flexible scheme of generating and bidding is achieved.
