氧化锆陶瓷光纤插针注射成形模拟

摘    要:光纤插针是制作光纤连接器的关键器件,用Moldflow plastic insight 5.0软件对光纤插针一模六腔模具注射成型进行了三维实体动态模拟。引入正交试验表,研究了矩形分流和圆弧分流2种浇注系统流道布置形式下,模具温度、注射温度、螺杆速率和浇口大小对制件充模质量的影响。结果表明,圆弧分流形式具有较佳的充填效果。同时,考虑了重力对注射成型的影响,通过增大单个模腔的流道截面面积,改进了模具设计,达到了六模腔平衡流动。

Abstract:Optical fiber base pin is a key part for manufacturing optical fiber connectors. Moldflow plastic insight 5.0 software was applied to proceed three-dimensional entity dynamic simulation for the six-chamber injection molding for optical fiber base pin. Orthogonal test table was introduced into the research of the influence of mould temperature, injection temperature, screw arbor speed and sprue size on the filling quality of manufacturing products under two different feeding system runner arrangement of rectangle-splitflow and circular arc-splitflow. The results showed that circular arc-splitflow had a better filling effect, In consideration of the effect of gravity factor on the injection molding, the section area of each chamber runner was widened and the mould design was improved to achieve the equilibrium flow of plastics in six chambers.
