电镀金刚石钻头野外试验及效果分析

摘    要:为了检验用含稀士添加剂的镀镍液制造的金刚石钻头的效果,采用该镀液生产了一批金刚石钻头,并在小秦岭金矿区进行了野外钻进试验。文章给出了金刚石钻头的制作条件,包括镀液配方和金刚石参数;介绍了试验矿区的地质条件、钻探设备及钻进工艺条件;对钻过的主要岩石的物理力学性质(摆球硬度、塑性系数、单轴抗压强度)和成分进行了测试和分析。钻进试验结果表明:该种电镀金刚石钻头具有寿命长、时效高和适应性强等优点,取得了较好的经济技术指标,但存在着钻头底唇拉槽、内外保径磨损较严重等问题。结合电镀金刚石钻头的制造工艺和钻头的磨损形态,分析认为这两个问题是由钻头钢体尺寸设计不合理引起的。

Abstract:In order to appraise the performance of electroplated diamond bits manufactured with nickel plating bath contained rare earth additive,a batch of diamond bits were made and then field tested in Xiaoqinling(Mining)Area.The manufacturing conditions of electroplated diamond bits,including plating bath formula and parameters of diamond were presented in this paper.Geological conditions of the mining area,drilling equipment and drilling technique are also introduced.Physical-mechanical properties,such as ball pendulum hardness,plasticity index and uniaxial compression strength of rocks drilled and their component were tested and analyzed.The results of field drilling showed that this kind of electroplated diamond bit had such merits as long life span,high drilling efficiency and strong adaptability,which resulted in better economic and technical indicators;however,some problems,such as I.D.and O.D.gauge heavy loss and grooving of crown,existed.Combined manufacturing technique of electroplated diamond bit with its wear pattern,these two problems might be attributed to the improper size of bit blank.
