光伏系统的控制与保护电器

摘    要:光伏系统与传统直流电路开断性能进行了对比,提出了用于光伏系统的直流隔离开关的特殊要求.由于光伏电源的非线性,所以过电流保护主要保护逆向电流.介绍了串保护开关电器和直流隔离开关,介绍过电压保护和直流电涌保护器、电弧故障保护和直流电弧故障断路器对于光伏系统的重要性.最后介绍了正在研发的用于光伏系统具有相对小尺寸和高开断性能的专用直流隔离开关.

Abstract:Based on comparison of interruption characteristic between photovohaic and conventional DC circuit,the special requirements of DC switch for photovohaic system were proposed. Over-current protection on strings provides protection only for reverse currents in fault string from parallel strings, the products of string protection circuit and DC switch disconnector were also described. As for photovaltic system, the over-vohage and arcing faults protection with surge protection device and are fault circuit breaker are important. Specifically for use in photovaltaie system a DC switching apparatus with a relative small size and high switching capacity was indicated.
