| Abstract: | The operating principle,system design,evaluation function and experiment of automatic focusing system based on image processing are presented in this paper.Focus window selection,changed step length and evaluation function optimization are introduced to implement automatic focusing to semiconductor equipment.The method is proved to improve the speed and system stability of focusing. |
