摘    要:实际应用中发现镀银后的铜排出现严重变色问题,影响电气设备的可靠运行.对制造过程发现的问题进行深入分析,指出其形成原因是与镀银工艺、储存防护不当和项目管理密切相关,最后提供了具体处理方案.

Abstract:Severe discoloration problems of silver-plated copper bars occurred in the practical applications, and it has influences on the operation reliability of the electrical equipment. Based on analysis for the problems discovered in the manufacturing process,it is pointed out that disscoloration problems are closely related with silver- plated process, incorrect storage protection and project management. FinaUy the specific treatment schemes were provided.
