摘    要:简要介绍了本次《混凝土结构设计规范》修订中对于安全问题的考虑,包括结构在天灾人祸偶然作用下的抗灾性能、结构的整体稳固性、结构设计中的安全层次。修订规范增加了结构方案的要求,加强了结构分析的内容,适当增加了构件设计中的安全储备,加强了结构构件的连接构造措施。由于采用高强、高性能材料以及技术进步的成果,在全面提高安全度的条件下,并未引起材料消耗的明显增加。
