基于GPRS的远程能源管理系统的设计

摘    要:针对能源计量管理系统设计,为了使系统能够准确地实现能源自动化管理,提出了一种基于GPRS通信技术的能源计量远程管理系统。采用三层框架,以热量表作为计量仪表,采集器通过RS 485总线接口获取单元计量表数据,采集器与集中器通过无线传输模块连接,集中器通过GPRS DTU模块的GPRS功能连接Internet,将数据上传至服务器。主要研究了系统的关键部分,采集器和集中器的软硬件设计,并通过实验表明,采用三层框架结构的能源计量管理系统具有实时性强、准确度高、易扩展的优点。

Abstract:A remote energy metrology management system based on GPRS communication technology is presented to enable the energy management system to achieve accurate automated energy management. Taking the heat meter as a measurement instrument,a three-layer framework is adopted to get the data from unit metrology meter through RS-485 bus interface by collector. The collector is connected with the concentrator through wireless transmission module. The concentrator is connected with Internet by means of the GPRS function of the GPRS DTU module to upload the data to its server. The the hardware and software design of collector and the concentrator,key parts of the system,are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the three-layer framework structure of energy metrology management system has the advantages of strong real-time performance and high accuracy,and is easy to extend.
