摘    要:社会经济的不断发展推动了电力行业的快速发展。随着客户细分理论与方法的发展,其已广泛应用于我国电力、电信、银行及零售业等行业的营销实践中。由于客户行为能有效、直接地反映出消费者的需求,在经济市场中的应用更为广泛,是市场细分中的最佳起点。主要以客户细分的概述为出发点,对电力客户细分现状、基于数据挖掘的客户细分及模型构建进行探讨。

Abstract:The continuous development of social economy promote the rapid development of electric power industry. The theory and method of customer classification has been widely used in Chinese markets of electric power,telecommunications, bank and retail industries. Proceeding from the overview of customer classification,the status quo and model construction of customer classification based on data mining are discussed.
