漏泄同轴电缆测试系统

摘    要:通过对VISA虚拟架构的研究,以NI LabVIEW 8.20开发环境为基础,通过GPIB接口与R&S FSL3以及R&S SMB100A进行连接,以USB接口与NI USB-9162相连,并以Microsoft Office Access数据库作为载体,进行损耗测量数据记录、分析、报表生成等工作,共同构建了一个漏泄同轴电缆测试系统。该测试系统已在江苏一知名电缆制造工厂投入测试应用。

Abstract:Based on the research of virtual instrument software architecture (VISA), a testing system of the leaky coaxial ca-ble was constructed in NI LabVIEW 8.20 development environment. In the testing system, R&S (Rohde & Schwarz) FSL3 and R&S SMB100A are connected to the system via GPIB interface, and NI USB-9162 is connected via USB interface. Microsoft Of-fice Access database is used as a carrier to record and analyze the measured loss data, and realize the report generation. The test system presented in this paper has been applied to a famous cable factory in Jiangsu, China.
