构建WebGIS和人工智能技术的防震综合管理系统

A geographic information system based on network technology（WebGIS）has been formed gradually. The ap-pearance of WebGIS platform made the sharing of spatial data to be realized. It is very helpful to earthquake prevention and di-saster reduction.
