基于PXI机载计算机ATE设备的设计与实现

摘    要:随着测试设备对高性能、高性价比要求的不断提高,先进的PXI测试技术平台应运而生,将其应用于机载计算机ATE设备软、硬系统结构设计,模拟、离散及数字通信接口设计以及测试设备自身计量校准设计等,将为PXI测试平台应用于测试设备提供实践平台,并为机载计算机设备及类似测试设备提供优良的系统设计方案,其采用模块化、标准化思想,通用性和推广性极强。

Abstract:With increasing improvement of performance and performance-price ratio requirements for test equipment,the advanced PXI testing platform has emerged. When this method is applied to the design of airborne computer test equipment,in-cluding software and hardware system design,analog,discrete and digital communication interface design,automatic measure-ment and calibration design,It provides an implementation platform for the PXI testing platform used in test equipment. And al-so a favorable system design is provides for airborne computer testing equipments and similar equipments. It has high generali-ty and expansibility because it has used the ideas of modularization and standardization.
