The Utility of "Stone" - Design for the Architectural Complex of the Law School and the Department of Architecture of Hunan University

This paper introduces the design for the complex of the Law School and the Department of Architecture of Hunan University. The two parts has different needs in space and function, so under the composition principle of architectural complex, the paper focuses on the internal logic of the Law School and the flowing space of the Department of Architecture. The use of granitic plaster with Xiang River grit contributes to the regional character in modern architectural design.
