| 摘 要： | 随着IC设计的发展趋势,封装体日益向小体积、高性能化方向发展。江苏长电科技研发出的新型封装形式——FBP平面凸点式封装正是顺应了这一发展趋势的要求。文章主要介绍了FBP封装的结构以及突出的性能优势。

| Abstract: | In order to follow IC design trend, the package has been improved with smaller size and stronger performance. FBP, developed by JCET, meets the requests of the trend.
