摘    要:运用荧光光谱、紫外吸收光谱、红外光谱等研究了槲皮素(Quercetin,Que)与BSA的结合作用,并从Eu3+与Que的竞争作用、热力学参数的变化、配位化合物的生成三个方面分析了Que与BSA结合作用的影响因素.结果表明,Que对BSA的荧光光谱具有猝灭作用,其猝灭机制为静态猝灭,BSA发射峰显著蓝移;Eu3+的存在...

Abstract:The interaction between quercetin(Que) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) in the presence of Eu3+ had been investigated by the fluorescence,ultraviolet absorption and infrared spectra.The fluorescence of BSA was quenched by Que,and the quenching mechanism was a static quenching process.The maximum emission wavelength of BSA was appreciable blue-shift.When appropriate amount of Eu3+was added to the mixture of Que and BSA,a smaller blue-shift of the maximum emission wavelength of BSA was observed,and the quenching constant,binding constant,number of binding site and correlation coefficient(R) decreased.But the quenching mechanism of BSA by Que was not changed in the presence of Eu3+.The analysis indicated that the effect of Eu3+on the interaction between Que and BSA was related to the Eu3+ competition role,the change of thermodynamic parameters and the Eu3+complex formation in aqueous solution.
