面向职业发展的高职公共课程改革研究

摘    要:高职公共课程担负着促进学生职业素养与职业能力协调发展的重任,是高职课程设置中不可缺少的重要环节。文章认为高职公共课程体系的设置应注重职业发展,按照"必需、够用"的原则对原有的以学科为中心的体系进行重构,把公共课程的内容更多地融入到专业课程的学习中来,进行基于项目的公共课程组织与教学改革。最后,以浙江工商职业技术学院的公共课程改革实践为例,进行了案例剖析。

Abstract:Common course in vocational colleges takes great responsibilities in promoting students’ professional qualities and hence are the indispensible component of the curriculum design.The paper argues that the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the career development.In light of the two principles of "indispensability" and "adequacy",the former discipline-based curriculum system should be reconstructed and more contents in common courses should be assimilated into specialized courses.Meanwhile the project-based organizing pattern for common curriculum system is also analyzed and its advantages and problems are put forward in the paper,followed by a case analysis of the reform of common curriculum system in Zhejiang Business Technology Institute.
