湘钢1~#高炉电动风机软启动控制系统

摘    要:介绍了湘钢1#高炉移地大修工程选用的电动鼓风机,该风机的主传动电机为39 000 kW同步电动机,电机启动采用了西门子公司的SIMOVERT S变频软启动控制系统,它的主回路拓扑为进线降压变压器-电流型变频器-升压变压器与10 kV电机相连的结构,电流型变频器采用了负载换向控制方式,变频器通过转矩控制,使电机分段加速,完成电机的启动-并网过程,启动过程对风机无冲击。通过对这套传动系统的特点和性能分析,为风机类大容量同步电机的启动提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Heavy repair project in order to Xianggang No.1blast furnace change place had selected electric blower of MAN company in Switzerland.Main motor is 39 000 KW synchronous motor.The motor start way had been selected SIMOVERT S variable frequency soft start system of SIEMENS corporation.Its main circuit topology is that input step down transformer-current source converter-step up transformer connect with 10 kV motor.Current source converter use load commutated control way.Motor torque is controlled by converter and Its speed is segment acceleration and complete motor start-merging into grid process.This start process is not impact to blower.High power synchronous motor.Start for blower provide reference through analysis this system characteristic and performance.
