微波消解ICP-AES测定高碳铬铁中锰

摘    要:结合微波消解和ICP-AES方法特点,对应用微波消解-ICP-AES测定高碳铬铁中锰的条件进行了系统的研究,样品用硝酸和磷酸在微波消解仪中消解后,不分离基体直接在ICP-AES光谱仪上测定,方法的精密度、回收率均满足高碳铬铁样品的检验要求。试验证明此方法简单、快速、对仪器影响小,测定结果准确度高。

Abstract:Combining with the characteristics of microwave digestion and ICP-AES method, this paper studied systematically the conditions for determining Mn contents in the high carbon ferrochrome by using microwave digestion —— ICP-AES methods. After samples were dispelled with nitric acid and phosphoric acid in the microwave digestion instrument, they were determined directly by ICP-AES spectrometer without separating the substrate. Accuracy and recovery rate of this method met the inspection requirements of the high carbon ferrochrome samples. The test proved that this method was simple and fast which had a small influence on instrument and had a high accuracy to measure result.
