大学教学方法改革向度的反思与展望

摘    要:大学教学方法改革多年来沿袭着自上而下的路径。本文通过对影响教学方法改革的相关因素分析,提出教学方法改革另一条向度的理由与对策:改善教师对选用新教学方法的态度;帮助教师对现代教学方法的认知;对教学改革过程的有效管理与及时监控;改革教学评价方式以与教学方法改革相互配套等等。只有对这些相关关系清晰的认知并能够较好地处理,才能够唤醒教师教学方法改革的参与意识,变被动为自觉。

Abstract:University teaching method reform followed the top-down path for years.Based on the correlation factor analysis of teaching method reform,the thesis puts forward the reason and countermeasure for carrying out teaching method reform of another dimension.All these improve teachers’ attitude toward selecting new teaching methods;help teachers to better understand modern teaching methods;effectively manage and timely monitor the teaching reform process;reform the teaching evaluation to support teaching method reform,etc.Only a clear understanding and better use of these correlations,can we arouse teachers’ awareness of participation in teaching method reform and carry out the reform consciously instead of passively.
