甲烷在钙钛矿型催化剂上脱硫脱氮的研究

摘    要:以溶胶-凝胶法制得了钙钛矿型LaBO3(B=Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni)系列催化剂,以CH4还原SO2到单质硫和NO催化分解反应为模型反应,分别评价了LaBO3系列催化剂对脱硫和脱氮的催化活性,并采用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等实验手段对该系列催化剂进行了表征,结果表明制备的催化剂颗粒大小属于纳米级,催化剂对这两类反应均有较高的活性,其活性高低主要由B位离子决定,其活性中心可能存在于钙钛矿结构的氧空缺位上。

Abstract:LaBO_3 (B=Cr?Mn?Fe?Co?Ni) catalysts were prepared by Sol-Gel methods and characterized by TEM and XRD techniques. The properties of the catalysts were investigated in two sample reactions-the reduction of SO_2 by CH_4 to elemental sulfur and the reaction of NO decomposition. The results showed that the particle sizes of the catalysts were nano scale and they have high catalytic activity during the two above reactions. Their catalytic activities were determined by different B-ions. Moreover, oxygen vacancies were the probable active sites in this kind of catalysts.
