竹炭磺酸催化一步法合成表面活性剂烷基糖苷的研究

摘    要:以竹炭磺酸催化一步合成表面活性剂烷基糖苷,采用一步醚化、一锅煮法合成。较佳的工艺条件为,压强约为15 Kpa,n(糖):n(醇)=1:5,w(竹炭磺酸)=0.8%,反应温度115~125℃,反应时间5.0 h,产率为75.11%。结果表明,竹炭磺酸催化效果较好,合成工艺简便易行。

Abstract:The alkyl polyglucoside was synthesized by the direct reaction of glucose and laurel alcohol with charcoal sulfoacid as catalyst. The experiment synthesis the alkyl polyglucoside using sulfoacid as a catalyst by one-step etherification, one-pot Boiling. Qrthogooal experiment indicated a more appropriate operation conditions: pressure of about 15 KPa, n (sugar): n (alcohol) is 1:5, w (catalyst) = 0.8 %, reaction temperature 115-125 ℃, reaction time 5.0 h synthesis APG.the yield is 75.11%. The optimum process of synthesizing with charcoal sulfoacid as catalyst is stable and easy.
