摘    要:介绍一种3mm波脉冲雪崩管振荡器,采用顶部斜率可调的脉冲电流给雪崩管(IMPATT Diode)供电,应用高Q腔谐振稳频,具有振荡频率高,输出功率大,频率稳定性好等优点.

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of 3mm pulsed IMPATT oscillator.By means of tunable amplitude slope pulse current injecting into IMPATT diode and stabilization frequency with a resonated cavity of high quality factor,the oscillator exhibits that it can supply strong power with high oscillation frequency and good frequency stability.
