| 摘 要： | 本文在自动控制技术的基础之上对上位机、步进电机、液晶、键盘、继电器等部分的控制系统进行研究,设计出了一种用于梯度凝胶胶片制作的全自动控制系统。系统采用性能优越的C8051F020单片机为主控单元,主要由液晶屏、步进电机、串口通信、光电耦合、键盘、继电器、交流电磁阀等部分组成。本文对系统主控电路、步进电机驱动电路、液晶控制电路、监控与检测电路四个模块作了详细论述。系统可以完成对步进电机和电磁阀的实时控制以及对胶片制作各项参数的设置。通过系统测试显示,该控制系统能满足凝胶胶片按一定浓度梯度分布的设计制作要求。
