从水泥工艺上提高余热发电量的探讨

摘    要:水泥工业纯低温余热发电不同于传统的火力发电,是在确保生产线正常运行的前提下,实现余热发电效率。如何从水泥工艺线中合理提取余热并确保余热发电参数,提高发电量,成为广大工程技术人员必须关注和需要研究的问题。文章从窑头篦冷机配风,烧成窑头操作,篦冷机循环鼓风和主要工艺阀门等方面入手,探讨了从水泥工艺上提高发电量的可能性。
