水泥窑纯低温余热发电项目余热锅炉爆管原因分析及处理办法

摘    要:以某水泥窑纯低温余热发电项目中窑尾SP余热锅炉蒸汽发生器换热管发生爆管(漏水)事故为例,根据爆管发生的位置和形态,首先确认是锅炉水腐蚀造成。在此基础上重点介绍了余热锅炉常见的5种腐蚀类型,最终确认了此次爆管具体是由沉淀物下腐蚀所致,并介绍了这类故障的解决方案。

Abstract:The heat-exchange tube bursted to leak water in the SP boiler of the waste heat power generation station of a cement kiln system. And according to the leaking point and condition, it was judged to be caused by water corrosion. On that basis five common corrosion types in boiler were introduced firstly, and in the end it was concluded that it was the deposit that corrupted the tube to burst. Finally, the measures to these problems introduced.
