摘 要: | 目的建立了测定矿泉水中溴酸盐的离子色谱检测方法。方法利用电导检测-离子色谱,IonPac@AS23色谱柱,4.2mM/L碳酸钠、0.8mM/L碳酸氢钠混合淋洗液,流速1.0ml/min,水样经0.22μm尼龙微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果本次实验线性相关达99.9996%,检出限4.5μg/l,相对标准偏差均小于5%,精密度良好,样品回收率94.0-105.0%。结论本方法具有操作简单,检测快速准确,灵敏度高等特点,对样品多种离子有同时跟踪的优点,完全能够满足对矿泉水中溴酸盐的检验需求。
