浅析垃圾焚烧对窑系统运行的影响

摘    要:城市生活垃圾无害化处理用于水泥生产利国、利民、利后代,安徽海螺水泥股份公司成为世界上第一家成功实践者。文章全面介绍了2×300t/d城市生活垃圾处理线(包括垃圾焚烧系统、不燃物处理系统、通风系统、污水处理系统、氯旁路系统等)的系统工艺流程;逐一分析了垃圾焚烧处理线投运后对窑系统的影响,包括对进入分解炉的气体量、气体温度、气体成分和有害物质等对熟料产质量的影响。目前,第一条300t/d垃圾处理线的处理量已达到350t/d,对窑产量的影响也明显小于预期。
