| 摘 要： | 城市生活垃圾无害化处理用于水泥生产利国、利民、利后代，安徽海螺水泥股份公司成为世界上第一家成功实践者。文章全面介绍了2×300t／d城市生活垃圾处理线（包括垃圾焚烧系统、不燃物处理系统、通风系统、污水处理系统、氯旁路系统等）的系统工艺流程；逐一分析了垃圾焚烧处理线投运后对窑系统的影响，包括对进入分解炉的气体量、气体温度、气体成分和有害物质等对熟料产质量的影响。目前，第一条300t／d垃圾处理线的处理量已达到350t／d，对窑产量的影响也明显小于预期。
