洱海地表水资源监测系统规划设计评价

摘    要:水文设施项目建设成功与否,规划设计和项目决策占主导因素。对洱海地表水资源监测系统现状进行分析,从实现水文测报系统和水资源管理现代化出发,提出规划设计中应处理好的3个关系,并从站网布设、工程选址与合理性、工程建设规模、工程等级及设计标准、规划设计先进性、工程运行管理和实施意见等方面进行综合分析评价,论证了洱海地表水资源监测系统规划设计方案在设计上是合理的,技术上是可行的,具有前瞻性和可操作性。

Abstract:The success of construction of hydrometric facilities depends most on planning and design as well as project decision-making. The article firstly makes an analysis about present status of surface water resources monitoring system for Er sea. Then it put forwards three relations that should be well handled during planning and design, with the goal of achieving modernization of automatic system for hydrological data acquisition & transmission and water resources management.
