| 摘 要： | 研究了消解钢渣中fCaO的方法。结果表明,简单的水浸在短期内无法实现fCaO的消解;通过模拟自然条件进行喷洒、曝晒陈化,可使钢渣中fCaO快速消解,其压蒸粉化率及浸水膨胀率均满足标准要求,钢渣的体积稳定性得以提高。

| Abstract: | The hydration method of fCaO in converter slag was studied.The results showed that the hydration of fCaO was impossible if it was simply imersed in water within a short time.The hydration of fCaO in converter slag could be accelerated by spraying,insolation and aging under simulated natural condition.The chalking rate at high pressure curing and soak expansion rate of converter slag could meet the requirements of standard,and the volume stability of converter slag could be improved. |
