影响LDPE模压发泡保温材料质量的因素

摘    要:研究了影响低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)模压发泡保温材料质量的因素,同时制取了具备保温材料特性的复配物。结果表明:发泡剂与活化剂用量比对LDPE模压发泡密度的影响最大,发泡温度次之。适合用于LDPE的发泡保温材料的最优制备条件为:发泡温度175℃,发泡压力10MPa,ADC/ZnO的质量比为10/1,硬脂酸用量1.5份。

Abstract:The effect of factors on the quality of molded foam material of LDPE was studied,while the composite with insulation material properties was obtained.The results showed that ratio of foaming agent and activator is the most influencing factor on density of LDPE molded foam,followed by foaming temperature.The optimal conditions to made thermal isolation material is:foaming temperature 175 ℃;foaming pressure 10 MPa;ADC/ZnO=10/1(mass ratio);stearic acid content 1.5 phr.
