摘    要:介绍了一种计算电感杂散电容的解析方法,以电感的物理结构为基础,将电感绕组分割成彼此相同的基本单元,求出基本单元的电容,即可获得单层、多层电感的电容。实验证明计算的精确度令人满意,可对电感的设计和仿真提供帮助。

Abstract:A new method for predicting the stray capacitance of induct ors is pres ented. The method is based on an analytical approach and the physical structure of inductors. The inductor winding is partitioned into basic cells,many of whic h are identical. An expression for the equivalent capacitance of the basic cell i s derived. Using this expression, the stray capacitance is found for both singl e-layer-and multiple-layer coils. The method is tested with experimental measu rement s. The accuracy of the results is good. The derived expressions are useful for designing inductors and can be used for simulation purposes.
