复合材料修补结构疲劳寿命分析方法研究

摘    要:结合工艺方法,研究典型缺陷损伤的修理方法,针对复合材料修补结构应力分布复杂的特点,在剩余强度衰减模型的基础上引入局部应力应变法的分析思想,建立起复合材料修补结构的疲劳寿命预测模型。通过建立修补结构的力学分析模型,在分析了修补结构的危险部位和应力集中的基础上,利用寿命预测模型,分析和讨论补片直径和补片厚度两个修补参数对修补结构疲劳寿命的影响规律。

Abstract:In combination with the craft method, the paper studied the repair method for damaged composite structures. Because of the complexity of the stress distribution in repaired composite structures, on the basis of the residual strength attenuation model and the local stress-strain method, a fatigue life prediction model for repaired composite structures was established. By setting up a mechanical analysis model, the critical areas and stress concentration were analyzed, Through utilizing the fatigue life prediction model, the influence of the two repair parameters of of repaired structures was analyzed and discussed. patch diameter and patch thickness on the fatigue life of repaired structures was analyzed and discussed.
