| 摘 要： | 对泵车耐磨件进行自纳米化处理:用金相、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和表面显微硬度测试仪对纳米化处理的表面进行观察分析,发现材料表面获得纳米层,为后续渗碳、渗氮及热处理工艺提供组织准备.

| Abstract: | The self-nanocrystallization treatment of wear-resistance subassembly was carried out.The treated material surface was observed and analyzed through metallography microscope,SEM,X-ray diffraction and micro-hardness tester.The results show that the nanolayer formed in the material surface call provide a microstructure preparation for carboning,nitriding and other heat treatments. |
