燕化公司聚丙烯聚合实验装置的改造及效果

针对国外引进的聚丙烯聚合实验装置存在的问题，进行了一系列工艺设备改造，取得了良好效果，满足了聚丙烯生产装置使用和改换催化剂所需的技术数据。

THE REVISION AND EFFECT OF PP POLYMERIZATION UNIT FOR EXPERIMENT IN BYPC

A set of polymerization unit for experiment was purchased from Japan in 1997 by PP department which is mainly used to evaluate the properties of catalysts for PP and to provide technical data for changing PP catalysts owing to some problems in the process unit .The polymerization unit has not been used for one year ,through revising liquid PP pipe, the unloading system ,agitator and so on ,the polymerization unit can be normally used,and the profit can be achieved for the evaluation of pp polymerization.
