采用插装阀的超静定液压支架液压系统的设计

摘    要:针对超静定液压支架在升架过程中多缸同步的需求,基于液压阀同步的方式,采用插装阀对超静定液压支架的液压系统进行设计,并分析了其工作原理和性能。结论表明:采用插装阀的液压支架液压系统具有工作可靠性高、抗污染能力强、便于维护,能实现支架的快速移架,满足某些特殊工况的需求,具有很高的应用价值。

Abstract:According to the requirement of multi-cylinder synchronous in the arising process of hyperstatic hydrau-lic support,the design adopted Plug-in valve in hydraulic system based on the mode of hydraulic valve synchro-nous,and the working principle and function are analyzed.The conclusion demonstrates that the hydraulic system adopting Plug-in valve has high working reliability,powerful capacity of resisting pollution,liable to maintenance and could meet the demand of rapid movement and certain special working ...
