Water Pricing Theory and Application

By analyzing limitedness and difference of resource theory concerned, the author researches the theory base of water resources value and characteristics of water resources value and water charge to propose defining water price in both terms of resource management and assets management. The author also suggests adopting governmental regulation and market function together to adjust water charge in accordance with natural feature, social peculiarity and e-conomic characteristics of water resources.
