摘    要:以尿素和硝酸盐溶液为反应介质,在600℃下用燃烧法一次合成出了Eu2+,Dy3+掺杂的铝酸锶(SrAl2O4)磷光体。用SEM、XRD研究了产物的形态、粒度和物相组成,用荧光分光光度计测定了产物的发光性能。结果表明,合成产物的晶体结构属于单斜晶系结构,在520nm处有很强的发射峰,它的激发光谱是激发峰峰值290nm的宽带激发。产物的形貌呈疏松多孔状,晶粒形状为针状,长度有200nm左右,直径在80nm以下。文中还探讨了该材料发光性能的影响因素。

Abstract:Eu~(2+)and Dy~(3+) doped strontium aluminate (SrAl_2O_4) phosphor with high brightness and long afterglow were synthesized by combustion method using urea-nitrate solution as media at 600 ℃. Configuration and morph, grain size of the phosphor were studied by means of SEM and XRD and optical property was researched by means of spectrophotofluorometer.The result showed that the crystal configuration of SrAl_2O_4:Eu~(2+), Dy~(3+) phosphor is monoclinic structure, the sample at initiating combustion temperature of 600 ℃ exhibits an intensity emission peak at 520nm and the excitation spectra consist of 270nm broad peaks, and the morphology is laxity and porous,the shape of crystalline grain is needle with a length about 200nm, a diameter below 80nm. The influence of processing factors on luminescence of phosphor is discussed.
