| Abstract: | The progress of making zone plate and gold transmission grating as diffraction elements in soft X-ray region are described in detail. Such elements made in this lab. Had already been used in a beam line of synchrotron radiation and some experiments of high temperature plasma diagnostios. Results and progress of researches at present stage are listed and the project of next step are discussed. |
