RH喂硅钙线生产实践

摘    要:RH喂硅钙线处理是武钢股份炼钢总厂二分厂2年多来使用较多的1种改善钢质的成熟工艺。生产实践表明,RH结束后喂硅钙线的收得率与喂线速度、喂线量、喂线钢种、喂线后的吹氩强度大小等有关;喂硅钙线应处理好增Si、增B、增N对钢种成分的影响,避免Si、B、N出格改钢;喂硅钙线能改变品种钢中夹杂物的形态,并提高轧后冲击韧性。

Abstract:Feeding silicon-calcium wire processing at RH has been a kind of normal process for improving steel quality in No. 2 Branch of General Steelmaking Plant of WISCO more than two years. Production practice showed that after RH process, the yield of feeding silicon-calcium wire was related to wire feeding speed,feeding amount, wire steel grade and argon blowing in- tensity after wire feeding; the silicon-calcium wire feeding process should handle the influences of silicon increasing, boron increasing, nitrogen increasing and avoid the steel grade change due to the silicon, boron and nitrogen content; the silicon-calcium wire feeding process could change form of inclusions in the steel and enhance the impact toughness after steel rolling.
