丁腈橡胶发泡涂料制备工艺的优化

摘    要:采用液态法施工自由发泡的工艺,对不同发泡剂份数、2段加热的温度和加热时间因素进行正交试验,并对所得样品的力学性能、耐流体性能进行测试。同时,对测试结果进行加权处理得到样品的综合性能;由综合性能的直观分析得到最佳工艺条件:发泡剂9 phr,一段70℃/20 min,二段160℃/40 min。由样品DTA分析和涂层断面泡孔结构的SEM分析结果表明:2段硫化发泡涂层发泡效果优于一段硫化发泡涂层;2段硫化制得的密封材料各项性能优越,其中可压缩率达到60%,压缩永久变形小于10%,可满足机动车常压条件下的工况要求。

Abstract:Free foaming process and liquid method of construction was applied to prepare the samples. The me- chanical properties and fluid resistant of the resulting samples at different copies of blowing agents, temperature and time of segments were tested by orthogonal experiment. The corresponding overall performance can be evaluated by weighting the test results. The optimum conditions through the intuitive analysis of integrated performance as 9 phr foaming agent, first 70 ℃/20 min, See 160 ℃/40 min. The results of analysis of DTA and SEM showed that vulcan- ized foaming coating has better effect by 2 - step than 1 - step. The sealing material made by 2 - step had superior performance, which compressibility ratio up to 60% and compression set less than 10% , and could meet the working conditions of the vehicles at normal pressure.
