摘    要:详细介绍了以PowerPC为核心处理芯片的海岛微电网智能终端设计。微电网智能终端和上层控制器通信,完成一个间隔内配电变或线路的断路器操作控制和状态监视;通过过程层网络基于SV服务发送模拟量,基于GOOSE服务采集和发布状态信息,接收控制指令驱动操作回路来完成断路器的控制功能;并且具有过流保护功能,可作为变压器、低压母线和线路的后备保护,数据和命令传输满足IEC61850通讯标准要求,给出了软硬件设计和测试结果。

Abstract:In this paper, the island micro-grid intelligent terminal is introduced, taking PowerPC as the core processing chip. Micro-grid intelligent terminal and upper layer controller communications complete the operating control and status monitoring of distribution variable or line breaker within an interval, and send analog data through the process layer network based on SV service. Based on GOOSE service collection and publishing state information, it receives control command to drive operation circuit to perform the circuit breaker's control functions. It has overcurrent protection function, and can be used as backup protection for transformer, low voltage bus and transmission line. Data and command transmission meet IEC61850 communication standards, and the paper gives the hardware and software design and test results.
