| 摘 要： | YC4E类柴油机的油底壳,由于受汽车底盘的限制,壳体由上、中、下体拼焊而成,焊接工艺采用MAG熔化焊工艺.由于采用手工焊接而且焊接量非常大,焊缝质量极不稳定,在用户使用过程中,焊缝开裂的故障率非常高.通过更改焊缝结构,并根据油底壳的实际情况设计CNC的自动化焊接机,从而实现了自动化焊接,提高了焊接质量和生产效率,并降低了焊缝开裂的故障率,.

| Abstract: | Because of the car bottom restrict,the Yu Chai 4E oil tanks are made of top tank,inside tank,bottom tank,and welded by MAG fusion welding process.Because of adopting handicraft welding process and welding sews very long,welding quantity is very unsteady,the welding sews are easy opening in customer use process.To change the construction of the welding sews,and design a CNC automation welding machine according to the actual circumstance of the oil tank,the 4E oil tanks are welded by automatic welding process... |
